Do I need to an account to Hire?

Accepted Answer

No an account is not required to hire from us. If you have not hired from us before we request the following documents.
 
- Photographic ID: Drivers licence or passport
- Proof of Address: Utility bill or bank statement dated in the last 6 months.
 
Note: Deposits may be requested for some hire items.

How do I open/apply for an credit account?

Please contact our stores to request a credit application form. This type of account is suitable for customers who wish to hire on a regular basis with up to 30 days credit.

Is there a charge for delivery/collection?

Rates for delivery and collection are based on the distance to the location. To get a quote for delivery please contact us.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 17.30pm and Saturday between 8.00am and 1:00pm.

Cash or Debit cards are accepted at any of our stores.
 
First time customers may be asked for a refundable security deposit on some equipment

What if something is Broken, Damaged or Missing?"

Any broken or damaged equipment will be charged. It is the customers responsibilty to ensure the equipment is secured when not in use and protected from vandalism or loss.
 
You should always ensure you are adequately covered by insurance as it is the customer’s full responsibility to protect all equipment against loss or damage.
